All Sales Are Final

Due to custom and small-batch production, all sales are final.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Incorrect size or color chosen by customer

  • Personalization errors made during checkout

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Change of mind after ordering

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

Email info@certswag.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Description of the defect

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays or delivery errors.
